One for Big Mike

Now big Mike at PTC has been injured of late so I haven't seen him hoisting the huge iron recently. Knowing what a pain in the arse injury can be to manage and deal with I thought I would make Mikey's day.

Now we both regularly follow Jon North on MDUSA (at least prior to him leaving) and it is clear that Jon's wife Jessica is Mike's ideal woman. She is cute and lifts and as Mike puts it pretty much his ideal.

Well this week Jessica posted on Attitude nation regarding her 30 day attempt at a Paleo diet which necessitated some before and after pics. So Mikey just for you my friend your ideal lady...just don't tell Jon North!
